Diploma in Estate Agency (By BOVAEAP)

Two years Diploma courses which of who parts for 12 subjects. will be awarded by Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksiran, Ejen Harta Tanah & Pengurus Harta Malaysia (LPPEH) or Board of values, appraisers, Estate Agents and property managers malaysia (BOVAEA)

Professional Qualifying Examination (PQE) Awarded by CILT

The objectives of this program are to develop a body of professionals with the knowledge and ability to strategize, plan, implement and sustain logistical competency training within the competitive industry. Successful participants will be awarded the PQE leading to Chartered membership from The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport International (CILT).

Graduate Entry Program (By RISM)

Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) invites application for all Malaysian citizens with a First Degree recognized by the Public Services Department (JPA) in any discipline. Candidates may take any number of subjects in any sitting and must pass all subjects within 10 years. Candidates who passed the exam will be awarded a Professional Diploma by Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) recognized by JPA & BOVAEAP as equivalent to a degree in real estate. Candidates will obtain valuer, estate agent and property manager licenses at once.
